We had to visit our client at NAIA terminal 3, Le Bistro Cafe for their Pasta launch publicity campaign. I was with the infamous Christine whom I find very smart, intelligent, witty, creative and upper classy.

My favorite actually is their 3 sauces. It’s wonderful really. You should taste it. Though pasta was kind of overcooked, filipinos tend to overcook their pasta. Dont worry though because if you’re on diet, it means it’s a good sign. If you’re an italian critic, well go figure. But 3 sauces, DAMN AMAZING. Carbonara is pretty much Carbonara, they taste all the same. Chorizo Pasta is well innovative but we do it at home. You know when you cook “sopas” so before adding the milk, you pretty much stir the macaroni with the hotdogs, ground beef, sausages and bacon. So minus the milk and taste the chorizo, that’s how chorizo pasta tastes like.
