My third shot with Lasagna and failed. :))
Still watery so I researched why on Google and found out that tomato sauce should be like tomato paste in texture. Okay, how come they never put that in recipes though? That tomato sauce should be reduced in its paste form. So next time, either I’d use paste for marinara sauce or reduce marinara sauce for 2 hours and so.
What I did was cook it longer without the lid to reduce the sauce and watery lasagna no more. nom nom!
Lasagna is Paulo’s favorite. The first time I made him a lasagna was a drastic major fail. And I’ve been learning to cook it ever since. Haha!
